Ken Clark is the Chief Information Officer for the City of Indianapolis & Marion County. In his current role, Clark is responsible for leading and managing a complex portfolio of IT infrastructure, applications, processes and projects that support the strategic and tactical needs of the over 45 City and County agencies and departments. Mr. Clark has also been the COO and CFO of the IT agency. Prior to working for the City and County, Mr. Clark was a senior consultant with Crowe Horwath LLP where he managed government consulting projects including the modernization of metered parking at the City of Indianapolis, the creation of a cost tracking model for the Marion County Information Services Agency, and the implementation of a proof of concept for public safety data exchanges at the State of Indiana. Mr. Clark holds a Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University.
