Jon Robinson is Deputy City Manager of the City of West Sacramento, California, where (among otherresponsibilities) he coordinates the City’s Innovation and Technology Team. Comprised of representatives fromeach of the City’s eight departments, this group provides technical assistance to support staff-led streamliningefforts and makes recommendations to the City Manager regarding innovation projects including collaborativetraining opportunities, recognition programs, and the City’s partnership with San Francisco’s Startup in Residence(STIR) program. Jon is a graduate of the University of California at Davis, and holds an MPPA from CaliforniaState University, Sacramento.
