Jack Wilson is an architect and planner who holds a Bachelors degree in Art from Vassar College and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania. From 1983 to 2003 he worked as an architect and planner for the Dartmouth College Office of Facilities Planning. From 2003–2009 his responsibilities included supervision of campus planning as well as project development, architect selection and design review for capital construction and planning projects at Dartmouth. Since 1992 he has been a member of the faculty of the Studio Art Department at Dartmouth and is currently a senior lecturer teaching courses in Drawing, Architectural Design and Special Topics. He is also a Lecturer at the Thayer School of Engineering where he teaches courses on Integrated Design.Since the earthquake of 2010 in Haiti Wilson has been engaged with faculty and students from Dartmouth on healthcare initiatives, affordable housing, community infrastructure and education projects in Port au Prince, Miragoane and Fond des Blancs.
